01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the platform, website, services, and all content provided by jomcuci. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completing the registration process or using any jomcuci service, whichever comes first.

Jomcuci reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the jomcuci platform after that notice period will be deemed full acceptance of the amended terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use jomcuci services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not an individual who has voluntarily enrolled in any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not residing in any region or jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online entertainment platforms.
• Not involved in any activities related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only at jomcuci. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different banking details — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related credits and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. jomcuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify jomcuci immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jomcuci supports a range of payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in MYR and no currency conversion is required for Malaysian players.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, jomcuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents, including a copy of your ID, proof of address, and a recent bank statement. This KYC process is in place to protect your account security and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. jomcuci will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Jomcuci offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and exclusive VIP member offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a MYR 50 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of MYR 1,500 in bets before a withdrawal can be made.

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Jomcuci reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent or misleading means.
• The time limit for fulfilling wagering requirements is stated in each promotion's terms — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Certain games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement calculations.

06 Fair Play and Random Number Generator

08 Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jomcuci customer support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all wagering requirements tied to any active bonus funds must be fulfilled, or those bonus funds will be forfeited.

Jomcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Multiple account registrations.

In the event of account closure initiated by the member without any breach, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant KYC verification is completed.
